The United States lists 38 countries on their Visa Waiver Program (VWP) in which citizens from foreign countries may visit the U.S. for business or tourism for a length of time less than 90 days. Click here to see the list and find out more information.

If you are from a country that is NOT listed as a participant in the VWP, you MUST obtain a visa to visit the United States. To start the visa application process, go to http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/visit/visitor.html.
